On December 17, 2013, Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FTR) announced the signing of a definitive agreement with AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) to acquire AT&T’s wireline business and statewide fiber network in Connecticut.
Frontier Communications has received all necessary regulatory approvals and expects Cutover to occur on October 25, 2014. Cutover is the date that the operation of Connecticut wireline services transfers to Frontier Communications.

Order, Pre-Order and Trouble Administration for Access and Local Services
If you are not currently doing business with Frontier Communications today, please visit the Getting Started page. There you will find links to the Frontier Connectivity Access Form, the CMAQ Form (required for LSR activity),and the Billing Feed Connectivity Form.

Order and Pre-Order for ISP Services
For ISP customers doing business in Connecticut today, access to the Virtual Front Office (VFO) GUI is required. ISP order and pre-order transactions, for ISP services, must be submitted through VFO. To ensure VFO connectivity prior to closing, please complete and submit the ISP Connectivity Form by 08/15/14.
Frontier Communications provides the Customer Wholesale Portal (CWP) for various CLEC reports including Provider Notifications. To access reports, registration is required. To register, please visit the Customer Wholesale Portal.
Collocation Access Cards
Wholesale customers currently collocated in an AT&T office in Connecticut will be required to complete the Frontier Access Card Application and return it, along with the applicant’s photo in jpeg format, by email or conventional mail to the email address or physical address provided on the application. To ensure collocation access cards are received prior to closing please complete and submit the application by 08/15/2014.
