Frontier provides the Exchange and Access Line Matrix to identify the Service Territory by exchange. This reference is available from the Voice/UNE Services page.
To register for email notifications of LSR Transaction status changes in VFO, please refer to the Frontier Connectivity Access Form available from the Get Connected for Voice/UNE Services page in the Local menu. Complete the VFO Responses via Email portion of the LSR Transactions section of the form and submit. You will receive confirmation from the Frontier Connectivity Manager once the VFO Response Email has been established.
Yes. Frontier pre-order transactions, including the Address/Location Validation which will provide details if the address is a valid Frontier service address, are available via GUI or E-Bonded options. For more information please visit the Get Connected page.

Approval from the Public Utilities Commission is required from the utility commission of the state you want to resell services. The approval will include a Certificate of Operating Authority. For state-by-state Commission contacts, please visit the NARUC website at: http://www.naruc.org/.
