CABS Bill Portal

The Frontier CABS Bill Portal provides wholesale customers with a view of their CABS invoices and customer service records (CSRs) for all Billing Account Numbers (BANs). Wholesale customers may view their monthly invoice, with the CSRs, for up to 13 rolling months. A monthly Bill Ready Notification (BRN) email will be sent to inform customers that the monthly invoice is available for viewing in the portal.

Enhanced Online Billing Portal

The Enhanced Online Billing portal enables users to view statements and review the billed services (WTN, BAN, Circuit ID, etc.) for Local and ISP billing in DPI. The security level of the user will determine the functions available to them in the Enhanced Online Billing portal. Below are some links and resources to help you get into and to navigate the application.

Customers requiring access to accounts in the Enhanced Online Billing portal should contact their assigned Wholesale Claims and Collections representative. Customers may also request access by emailing [email protected] or by calling 844-216-6420.
