Edge Colocation Access Cards

Use this form if you have a contracted Edge Colocation Space
(PNUM begins with “EDG” or “EDC”)

Frontier provided access cards are required for wholesale customers to enter Frontier’s facilities.

Interested applicants must complete and submit the Edge Colocation Access Card Application with a current photo. If approved, access card credentials will be supplied via mail.
