Ethernet Tier Rate Structure
The Ethernet Tier Building Location and SWC Lists are available to customers with effective Tier Rate contracts. Tier Assignment is based on the date the order was received and the building list that is applicable at that time.
The date Frontier succesfully received the PON in Frontier's Ordering system determine the effective date of the Building Location Tier . For example, Frontier received a PON on 06/10/2022, the correct Tier Building Location List is 2Q22-2Q with effective date of 06/01/2022.

Tier is assigned based on the active list the date ASR/Service Order was received.
When the address is not located on the Ethernet Tier Building Location file, tier reverts to SWC of that address.
