CABS Bill Portal

The Frontier CABS Bill Portal provides wholesale customers with a view of their CABS invoices and customer service records (CSRs) for all Billing Account Numbers (BANs). Wholesale customers may view their monthly invoice, with the CSRs, for up to 13 rolling months. A monthly Bill Ready Notification (BRN) email will be sent to inform customers that the monthly invoice is available for viewing in the portal.

Enterprise Online Portal for Local and ISP Wholesale Billing

Enterprise Online Portal is a billing system to enable users to view statements and review the billable services (WTN, BAN, Circuit ID, etc.) for Local and ISP billing. Depending on the security level of the user will determine the functions available. Below are some links and resources to help you get to the site and to navigate the application.
