Methods of Access

Wholesale customers that have access to Connectbase and use their CPQ quoting module may complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form to request access to Frontier products and pricing*.

Wholesale customers, that do not currently have access to Connectbase, interested in validating Frontier the serviceability at an address or set of addresses, may complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form to request access to the Frontier-Connectbase Serviceability Portal. This simple to access GUI tool, will not only allow for the checking of serviceability but also allow a pricing* check. The Frontier-Connectbase Serviceability Portal is for customers who do not currently use Connectbase directly. Frontier will validate customer status and contracts, then contact the requestor with login information.
