Frontier has engaged with Connectbase (formerly Connected2Fiber) to provide our Wholesale customers a variety of options for consuming our network footprint, serviceable buildings, products and pricing.

Methods of Access

Wholesale customers that have access to Connectbase and use their CPQ quoting module may complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form to request access to Frontier products and pricing*.

Wholesale customers that do not currently have access to Connectbase and still wish to access Frontier products and pricing*, may complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form for use of Connectbase's Availability Engine API. Frontier will validate customer status and contracts and engage Connectbase to reach out to you with API details. The Availability Engine API is for customers who do not currently use Connectbase directly. The customer must provide API Developer information to Frontier. This API will be dedicated to Frontier information only.

Wholesale customers looking to validate the serviceability at an address or set of addresses and quickly determine if Frontier services those locations, may complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form to request access to the Frontier-Connectbase Serviceability Portal. This simple to access GUI tool, will not only allow for the checking of serviceability but also allow a pricing* check. The Frontier-Connectbase Serviceability Portal is for customers who do not currently use Connectbase directly. Frontier will validate customer status and contracts, then contact the requestor with login information.


*Pricing only applies to customers with executed Tiered Ethernet contracts. Broadband serviceability is available; however, pricing is not currently available.
