Wholesale Broadband Services

To establish a relationship to order new Standalone Wholesale Broadband services, or request changes to existing services, customers must:

  1. Complete and submit the Frontier Connectivity Access Form to request VFO or Bonded connectivity.   (Additional forms may be required and will be provided based on your connectivity selections.)
  2. Complete the Wholesale Broadband Customer Profile Form to establish a Billing Profile.  (Required for Standalone Wholesale Broadband.)

For Wholesale Broadband ordering and pre-ordering, populate the 'LSR Transactions' section of the Frontier Connectivity Access Form.

Questions related to completing the Connectivity Form should be directed to the Frontier Connectivity Manager via email: frontier.connectivity.management@ftr.com.

Customer Profile Forms

Questions related to completing the Customer Profile Forms should be directed to the Profile Management Team via email: lsr.profiles@ftr.com.

Connected2Fiber

Frontier has engaged with Connected2Fiber to provide our Wholesale customers a variety of options for consuming our network footprint, serviceable buildings, products and pricing.

Frontier-MasterStream

The Frontier-MasterStream portal will allow Wholesale Customers to request instant quotes, for end-user locations across the Frontier footprint, for applicable services. For more information, click the button below.

Applying for Industry Codes

Industry Codes are required to do wholesale business with Frontier Communications.

BTAS / InfoSpeed Services

To establish a relationship to order new Frontier BTAS services or request changes to existing BTAS or InfoSpeed services, ISP Customers must:

  1. Complete and submit the ISP Connectivity Form available below.
  2. Complete and submit the ISP Customer Profile Form available below.
